Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

MarLec is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
