Returns

Due to the handmade, personal, and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.


Final Sale Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed. Each item is handcrafted in small batches and may include custom or made-to-order elements.


Product Variations

Because our products are handmade, variations in color, design, scent strength, and appearance may occur. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review and assist.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.


Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase. MarLec is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.


Shipping Issues

MarLec is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun due to the production nature of our products.
